At ServiceCore, we want to ensure the best possible customer experience. Based on feedback we received, we’re proud to announce some changes to our process that we feel should lead to smoother onboarding and increased communication. Please take a look and let us know what you think!

White-Glove Onboarding

Data uploading services

When you start with ServiceCore, know that you’ll be able to hit the ground running with your data integrated into the platform. Our team will take your data in whatever form it currently exists, prep it, and upload it into ServiceCore without you lifting a finger. Data types available for upload include existing customers, jobs, sites and inventory data. 

Free training for the whole staff

We know adopting a new platform can be tricky, especially if you’re coming to us from an offline system. So, as part of the onboarding process, we’ll make it our mission to ensure you and your staff are ready to take full advantage of your investment. This includes training from our onboarding team at no additional cost, as many sessions as you need in your first months.

Monthly Training Webinars

After the initial onboarding process concludes, we want to make sure our customers are still able to advance their platform knowledge and get the assistance they need. So, starting in July, we will be hosting monthly webinars to discuss different features, use cases, and common customer issues. These webinars will be recorded and hosted online so customers can watch whenever is most convenient.

Ongoing Customer Success Check-Ins

In another effort to make sure our customers are heard and aren’t experiencing any issues, we have established a regular cadence of check-ins with each individual customer. These 1-1 sessions are the perfect opportunity to learn more about the product, give feedback, and share product ideas.
